Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Free Shipping

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Free shipping applies after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times begin after the order has been shipped, not including processing time. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to only the United States. 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages
