Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Golden C Co. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

Refunds
No Refunds. Store credit only.
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, leggings, etc, will not be accepted. After 30 days, we cannot accept a return at all, even with the 20% restocking fee.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopgoldencco@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
